We are now looking for a childcare worker at Föräldrakooperativet Kojan in Mora. About Us Föräldrakooperativet Kojan is a small-scale preschool located in Hemus in Mora. We are a parent cooperative run as an economic association where guardians participate in the operation by serving on the board or taking on other responsibilities. We have approximately 18–20 children aged 1–6 years, and we work with high staff-to-child ratios and in smaller groups. Our activities are characterized by safety, community, and close collaboration between educators and families. We have a clear nature and technology focus where children's curiosity and desire to learn are at the center. Through play, exploration, and experiences in nature, children develop using all their senses. We have close access to forests and also work with Friluftsfrämjandet's activities such as Skogsmulle, Knytte, and Knopp. A major strength of ours is our own cook who prepares meals from scratch with a focus on organic and locally produced ingredients. About the Role As a childcare worker at Kojan, you are an important part of creating a safe, creative, and inclusive environment for the children. You work together with preschool teachers and childcare workers in a small team where everyone actively contributes to the development of the operation. Your duties include: participating in the planning, implementation, and development of education according to the curriculum (Lpfö 18) participating in the pedagogical work together with the team working according to the curriculum and children's individual needs stimulating children's development and learning through play and exploration actively working with outdoor education and nature experiences creating a safe, fun, educational, and inclusive environment for all children working closely with guardians in the spirit of the cooperative We Are Looking for Someone Who is a trained childcare worker is confident in your professional role and has a professional approach is engaged, responsible, and flexible has a warm and attentive manner has an interest in nature, outdoor education, and exploratory working methods sees the value in close collaboration with guardians It is a merit if you have experience working with children with special needs.
