We have a team member leaving us and we are now seeking a new colleague for a permanent position. Hinriksgården is a residential facility with specialized services for individuals aged 18 and older who have neuropsychiatric and/or psychiatric diagnoses. Hinriksgården has 12 places, and each resident has their own apartment. Common areas include a dining hall, TV room, and computer room. Residents have the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as coffee/snacks at Hinriksgården. The staff team consists of social workers, nurses, and caregivers. Staff support for residents is based on stability, safety, clear structure, and good care. Leisure activities and programs are arranged based on residents' interests and needs. Work duties include cooking, documentation, participating in daily activities, working according to each person's individual plan, and providing individualized support to residents. Your qualifications: Care/Nursing program with a focus on Social Psychiatry or equivalent education. Experience working in social psychiatry is a merit. Additional training such as MI, ESL, or CBT is preferred. B-class driver's license for manual transmission vehicle is a requirement. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
