HÄGGLUNDS is part of Bosch Rexroth and has a history spanning more than 100 years. Today, Hägglunds is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic drive systems and solutions. Our customers are found in industries such as recycling, sugar production, and material handling. Hägglunds has its headquarters and main production facility in Mellansel, just outside Örnsköldsvik. All functions are housed under one roof here: from development and production to sales and service. Hägglunds has approximately 600 employees worldwide, of which approximately 350 work in Mellansel.
Do you have an eye for detail and an interest in logistics?
We are looking for a Materials Planner who wants to strengthen supplier relationships and contribute to an efficient and sustainable supply chain while being involved in the development of our processes.
About the Role
As a materials planner, you will:
Ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time
Optimize workflows in SAP
Work closely with suppliers, production planners, and order coordinators
Participate in improvement projects and business development
Handle quality issues, shipping damage, and returns
Contribute to achieving the company's and department's goals
The role involves both operational responsibility and strategic work to improve and automate processes for an efficient and sustainable supply chain. You will have many points of contact within the company, which requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. You have a genuine interest in logistics and see digitalization as a tool for creating smarter and more sustainable solutions.
We believe you have:
Higher education (at least bachelor's level) in a relevant field
Experience in logistics and materials planning (desirable)
Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written (desirable)
Experience with negotiations
