Autoform Seeks Production Planner

Production Planner for Autoform – a key role in our growing manufacturing Autoform is a growing company in the automotive industry with increasingly advanced production. As our products become more complex and volumes increase, we're taking the next step and strengthening our planning function. That's why we're looking for a production planner who wants to take a comprehensive approach to daily production planning and become an important part of our continued journey. What the role involves As a production planner, you ensure that production runs smoothly. You plan which orders should be run, on which machine, and in what sequence. You balance capacity, materials, and delivery times to create a production plan that works both in theory and in practice. Production is constantly changing—a machine can break down, materials can be delayed, or priorities can change at short notice. That's when you quickly adapt, find solutions, and make sure we keep up the pace. You also become an important person when answering questions like: When can it be ready? What's realistic? You work closely with production, team leaders, engineering, and procurement, and everything happens in the Monitor business system. The role suits you if you like structure but also thrive when there's a lot happening! What we're looking for We believe you're a person who finds it easy to create order, likes to have many things going on, and isn't afraid to make decisions. We place greater weight on finding the right person than on a specific educational background. If you have an interest in planning, logistics, or production and are comfortable with systems, you'll quickly get up to speed in the role. Previous experience in production planning, manufacturing industry, or business systems like Monitor is a merit, but not a requirement.
