We are now looking for a reliable and engaged personal assistant for a cheerful 12-year-old boy. Who are we looking for? The boy is positive, energetic, and loves to play! We are looking for someone who doesn't just watch from the sidelines, but who enjoys joining in the fun, whether it's cycling, swimming, or getting into mischief. At the same time, you are his safe point of support who helps him make good decisions and ensures that his days are safe and structured. You must be at least 18 years old Your responsibilities • Play and mischief: Be an active participant in the boy's daily life and activities. • Be a reliable support: Help with decision-making and routines. We are looking for someone who: • Is playful, creative, and full of positive energy. • Is responsible and can set boundaries when needed. • Has a driver's license (B) or moped license – a requirement to reach us in the countryside. • Is not allergic to fur-bearing animals/rabbits. • Is calm and steady when it comes to medical procedures (injections). About the position • Part-time at 75% but welcome to cover for other assistants • Work schedule consists of 2 weeks night shift and 2 weeks day shift plus 2 weekends • Work location: In the countryside outside Ljungsbro. Substitute Teacher - School and/or After-school Program (Hourly Position)
We are expanding our substitute teacher pool with a few more reliable and committed substitutes. The elementary school and sister school Eraskolan, located in central Ljungsbro (grades F-6), are schools that excel at their mission. Our schools offer a safe, calm, and academically focused school environment. We believe in small schools with small classes and high teacher-to-student ratios, where our core values are commitment, safety, and results. With us, every student has the real opportunity to succeed in their education, and all staff work under favorable conditions. Our schools have received particularly positive feedback regarding safety and academic focus. Småskolan & Eraskolan has approximately 150 students and just over 20 employees. We believe you have experience working with children, from the school setting and/or from other types of child-centered activities such as youth organizations, church, or sports. Perhaps you are a student teacher who also wants to gain experience working at a well-organized and stable school while pursuing your studies. You don't need extensive experience, but you must be willing to develop in your role as a professional educator in a school environment where learning is the clear main focus and the adult's responsibility is self-evident. At our school, we prioritize a safe school environment as the foundation for academic success. We therefore place great emphasis on personal qualities. For Småskolan & Eraskolan (F-6), we are now seeking additional substitute teachers for both short and long-term assignments. Sometimes with advance notice, sometimes with short notice, we need substitute teachers who are skilled at learning with children and meeting each student's individual educational needs. Our needs cover the entire school day, from morning care through the regular school day to afternoon after-school activities.
