Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med marknadsföring, event, kundrelationer och försäljningsdrivande aktiviteter. En betydande del av arbetstiden spenderas ute i butiken där du möter kunder, stöttar medarbetare och bidrar till att utveckla kundupplevelsen i vardagen. Resterande tid arbetar du med planering, genomförande och uppföljning av aktiviteter som stärker kundlojalitet, försäljning och butikens varumärke. Arbetstiden är huvudsakligen förlagd till vardagar, men helgarbete förekommer i samband med event, aktiviteter och andra kundmöten. Dina ansvarsområden Utveckla butikens kundrelationer och kundupplevelse. Planera och genomföra marknadsaktiviteter, kampanjer och event. Ansvara för butikens sociala medier och lokala kommunikation. Driva och utveckla vår barnklubb Mica, familjeaktiviteter och kundevent för barnfamiljer. Rekrytera, introducera och samordna medarbetare som arbetar med barnklubben och Mica. Bygga relationer med kunder, föreningar, företag och andra lokala aktörer. Coacha och inspirera medarbetare till ett mer proaktivt kundbemötande. Följa upp och utveckla aktiviteter som stärker kundlojalitet, försäljning och kundengagemang. Vi söker dig som Brinner för kundservice, marknadsföring och att skapa starka kundrelationer. Är kommunikativ, utåtriktad och trivs med att möta människor. Har erfarenhet av marknadsföring, försäljning, event eller kundutveckling. About the team: Our cloud operations engineers bring software-engineering skills and rigour to the operations domain. Our domain perform system automation tasks, system planning, customer support, system monitoring, platform monitoring, diagnostics and troubleshooting. We believe in automation as a pure software engineering problem, not a hack-it-till-it-works-for-me problem. We are interested in the scientific approach to operations at scale, driven by metrics and code. Role: You will perform infrastructure operational activities which include upgrades, image patching, monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting. You will contribute to the design and implementation of operational procedures and policies. You will recognise common problems and try to prevent them and identify opportunities for service improvement and automation. Proactively monitor the environment by being part of 24x7 rotation schedules. Learn from continuous improvement and share the knowledge within the team as well as support in maintaining internal documentation. Will and ability to drive change and innovation. You are encouraged to actively work and be part of open source community. Requirements: Scripting experience with common languages such as Bash or Python. About the Role: We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to lead and expand Cleura’s most strategic customer relationships across the Nordics and Europe. You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by positioning Cleura as a trusted alternative to hyperscale cloud providers, particularly for organizations with strict data sovereignty and compliance requirements.
