Social Worker/Manager Blekinge County and Kronobergs County based in Karlshamn. Located at two consolidated sites with minimal travel. We see that you have relevant post-secondary education in the form of Social Worker training—a social worker degree is REQUIRED—along with work experience from similar positions. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children. We are looking for a self-driven and flexible social worker/manager with commitment and a positive outlook for our operations in Blekinge County and Kronobergs County. Job responsibilities: Initially a shared role as manager and as social worker/contact person. The unit is growing and therefore this shared role. As the unit expands, the manager role will become more dominant. As manager, you will be responsible for compliance with IVO. As Social Worker/Contact Person, you will be available to guide and provide security through individual support in daily life. You will be a contact person for a number of clients whom you meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may consist of trauma treatment, crisis management and conversations regarding violence/the situation for increased understanding. Practical support may for example consist of transportation, contact with authorities, doctor's visits, identifying activities such as internships or work, promoting good health through exercise. Give individuals living in our apartments increased confidence in their own abilities and greater independence.
