Your Responsibilities This role involves overall responsibility for developing and building our TA business in the region. You will work closely with customers and be an important part of the customer acquisition process while initially taking on an operational role in the projects that are launched. You will work closely with the company's field sales representatives at each location and have excellent opportunities to create new business through already established customer relationships. The role combines business development, customer contact, and operational project work, which suits you if you enjoy variety and want to be close to operations. You report to the Assembly Manager and become part of an organization that combines the flexibility and proximity of a smaller company with the strength and resources of a larger group. Head Waiter Who Can Keep Many Balls in the Air
Head Waiter at Conference Destination on Ekerö Start immediately - Assignment until December 20 - Possibility of full-time position with the client We at Four Service are now seeking an experienced and dedicated head waiter for an assignment with our client - a well-renowned conference and restaurant facility on Ekerö, approximately 30 km outside Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and runs until around December 20. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to (possibly) transition into a full-time position directly with the client after the assignment ends - if that's something you're interested in, otherwise it's simply a staffing assignment for fall/winter. About the Role As head waiter, you'll be the natural link between the kitchen, service, and guests. You'll lead the daily operations in the dining room and ensure that every conference and private guest receives a service experience that exceeds expectations. You'll work operationally in both restaurant and conference environments, where days vary between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and various events. The schedule rotates with one week of daytime shifts and one week of evening shifts, plus work every other weekend. You'll be employed by Four Service during the assignment period and work with our client on Ekerö.
