Receptionist and Booking Coordinator at Newly Opened Hotel in Idre

Do you dream of working in the heart of the mountains while being part of creating something completely new? We are now seeking receptionists and booking staff for our newly opened hotel in Idre, a place where service, nature experiences, and genuine hospitality are at the center. With us, you'll have the opportunity to be there from the beginning and shape the hotel's character, culture, and guest experience. We are building a hotel for all seasons, where guests will feel equally welcome during summer's hiking and cycling adventures as during winter's ski vacation. Your responsibilities Greet guests and handle check-in and check-out Manage bookings via phone, email, online channels, and booking systems Answer questions and provide information about the hotel, activities, and the surrounding area Handle payments, invoicing, and cash operations Administer bookings and ensure guest information is accurate Work actively on upselling hotel rooms, activities, and other services Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and service-oriented manner Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to ensure a high-quality guest experience Answer incoming calls and emails and handle inquiries from guests Work according to the hotel's procedures for service, quality, and safety Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest We are looking for you who: Love service and meeting people Have positive energy and enjoy taking responsibility Are solution-oriented and thrive at a fast pace Are thorough, organized, and quick to learn new systems Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good atmosphere Have experience from hotels, reception, booking, or other service professions With us you will get: Be part of building an entirely new hotel and creating our culture Varied and social work where no two days are the same Fantastic work environment in the mountains - year-round Great colleagues and a warm, family-like atmosphere Opportunity to develop within hotel and service Welcome to become part of our team in Idre, which is preliminarily opening its doors in October 2026.
