Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—in terms of quality, speed, and service. For our restaurant team positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you answer a few screening questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way, you'll get a good sense early on of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited to an interview. If you don't advance, you'll be notified by email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we therefore cannot move forward with candidates who don't complete the test.
