How You Will Make an Impact Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists and engineers. Drive the work to reduce the number of variants of spare parts and components to improve quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness. Take responsibility for developing and managing technical documentation and instructions used for inspection, assessment, and maintenance of our gas turbines. Work closely with regions, service organizations, and engineering organizations to ensure that technical requirements and insights are translated into practical and usable solutions. Contribute to continuous improvements in working methods, processes, and standards within Product & Fleet Support. Ensure that operations deliver according to established goals regarding quality, safety, delivery accuracy, and economics. What You Bring A degree in mechanical engineering from a university or higher technical education institution, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent experience. Experience from technical work in product development, service, maintenance, technical support, or similar operations. Strong ability to create structure and drive activities forward in collaboration with others. Strong collaboration skills and a genuine interest in developing people and teams. Good communication skills and the ability to build trust across many different contact points. Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term improvement initiatives. A solution-oriented approach and a strong focus on quality and long-term sustainable results. Previous experience in personnel management is a merit.
