How You Will Impact Lead strategic and complex business development projects of varying nature, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Collaborate with teams to enhance change management methodologies, with the goal of creating a responsive and change-ready organization. Leverage your creativity to identify new opportunities and solutions, particularly in developing our project model. Engage leaders by visualizing data and facilitating follow-ups, ensuring effective communication and understanding. Build trust within the organization by working cross-functionally and fostering collaborative relationships. What You Bring Documented experience in strategic and complex business development at senior level. Strong ability to see the big picture and create shared visions across different teams. Creativity that identifies innovative solutions to drive project development. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to visualize data and effectively engage stakeholders. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, change management, and coaching/team coaching is a plus. You act in accordance with the company's CARA values and guiding principles.
