What you bring We believe you are a proactive and curious individual with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. You also possess: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field. Experience in continuous improvement, project management, process development, or operational excellence. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to coordinate activities and drive initiatives across functions and organizational boundaries. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or other business intelligence tools. Familiarity with quality management principles, non-conformance processes, or root cause analysis methodologies.
