RECEPTIONIST - EXTRA AS NEEDED

Smögens Hafvsbad is one of Sweden's most beautiful hotel, conference, and spa facilities, located in Bohuslän on the Swedish west coast. We have 76 hotel rooms distributed across two hotel buildings, a Spa department with a wide range of treatments, pool, bubble pool, and a large conference facility, as well as an à la carte restaurant specializing in seafood delicacies. Smögens Hafvsbad, together with our sister hotel Vann Spa Hotell Konferens, is part of Meholmen Hotell AB. Our owner, Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter, ensures solvent ownership and sound personnel policy. As a receptionist at Smögens Hafvsbad, you will work with guest service, bookings via phone and email, hosting at conferences, and provide support to other departments as needed, such as assisting with breakfast buffet, etc. You should have a genuine sense of service and a strong interest in our guests. You must be flexible, responsible, and a positive person. Experience working under sometimes very high workload is an advantage. You must also have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We are looking for reception staff who can step in on short notice and work individual days as needed. The work takes place primarily during day and evening shifts, weekdays as well as weekends. Occasional night shifts may also be required. Start date for training and introduction in September or by agreement. Salary according to collective agreement.
