JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an animal care assistant (level 2) for our clinic in Borensberg who wants to be part of an engaged and knowledgeable team. This role is a central function in the operation and involves collaborating with all different roles at the clinic. Together with our other animal care assistants, you will staff our reception, greet customers at the clinic, and respond to phone calls and emails. You will handle administration related to calls, bookings, and other tasks, as well as manage other administrative duties such as ordering, invoice processing, and similar work. You will perform mission-critical tasks such as cleaning, laundry, sterilization, disinfection, and general facility maintenance. The role also involves preparing for patient visits, providing support during visits, and/or tidying up after a visit. You will work closely with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure both good patient care and an efficient patient flow. You are responsible for feedback and communication with animal owners according to the veterinarian's instructions. Who are you? QUALIFICATIONS You have completed training as an animal care assistant level 2 (vocational education). You have passed GKLH (Basic Course in Medication Handling) for the relevant animal species. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement for this position. It is meritorious if you have one or more years of experience working in a similar operation. Salary form: Monthly salary.
