About Us
Oasen HVB is a treatment and assessment home for children. Oasen HVB is located just outside Aneby in Jönköping County. There is room for 21 children, typically aged 7-13 years. Neuropsychiatric diagnoses and traumatic experiences are common among the children who come to Oasen. We are now looking for more colleagues and would like to meet you if you are trained as a treatment or social pedagogue or have other relevant education suitable for our target group.
About the Role
Your main responsibilities include:
Daily planning, implementation, and activities that promote children's development.
Actively contributing to a structured, safe, and positive living environment.
Documenting observations, interventions, and children's development in accordance with BBIC-structure guidelines.
Providing treatment services based on clarifying pedagogy, low-affect interaction, trauma-informed approaches, conversations, and social and emotional skills training.
Writing monthly reports, establishing implementation and interaction plans, and having good knowledge of each assignment as a whole.
Contact and planning with the child's family and school.
Work varies during daytime, evening, and weekends. Salary is by agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement. Start date is by agreement.

In this role, it is important that you show empathy and understanding for the child while having the ability to set boundaries with warmth. The work requires close collaboration with colleagues, so you have good communication and cooperation skills. We place great importance on personal suitability and maturity. Before employment, an extract from the criminal record register will be requested.
To apply for this position, you must:
Be trained as a social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or have other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent
Have experience working with children and youth in treatment
Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Have good documentation habits and be able to express yourself well
Have a B-class driver's license
