Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager, strategic leader with drive to develop the entire value chain Do you want to take a key position in a growing industrial company where you have the opportunity to influence and develop the entire value chain, from procurement and production to logistics? We are now seeking a business-minded and engaged Supply Chain Manager who wants to combine strategic work with close collaboration in the operations. RESPONSIBILITIES As Supply Chain Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's supply chain and become an important part of the management team. You are responsible for developing and streamlining flows, processes, and methods with a focus on quality, delivery reliability, and profitability. The role includes personnel responsibility for five direct reports and indirect responsibility for approximately 20 employees in production. You work closely with the operations and serve as a natural link between procurement, production, logistics, and other functions. Examples of tasks: Responsible for and develop procurement, production, and logistics. Ensure efficient material and production flows. Drive improvement and development projects within supply chain. Work strategically with planning, capacity, and resource optimization. Monitor key metrics and analyze operational results to identify areas for improvement. Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers within your area of responsibility. Actively contribute to the company's management team and long-term business development. QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES We are looking for someone with experience in a leading role within supply chain, production, or operations in a manufacturing industrial company. You have a good understanding of how procurement, production, and logistics work together and are driven toward common goals. You likely have a background from the machinery industry, preferably within automotive or defense industry. If you have a higher education in engineering, we see that as a merit. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience leading and developing people. Are analytical and enjoy making decisions based on data and business analysis. Have a strategic perspective but appreciate working close to production and daily operations. Are a confident and communicative leader who creates engagement and participation. Have a strong drive for improvement and a structured working approach. Mastery of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
