Your Responsibilities We are now looking for a CNC operator who wants to be part of our forward-moving initiative. As a CNC operator at AB Karl Hedin, you will be part of a team that manufactures wooden roof trusses. You will have the opportunity to help develop production and, together with the production manager, improve work procedures to ensure that the facility's capacity is utilized in the best way possible. Your responsibilities include producing components for pre-cut frames and programming the machines' software to optimize the manufacturing process. The position also includes basic machine maintenance. The work is practical and physically demanding. You handle timber and other materials daily, and heavy lifting is a natural part of the workday. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with active work in a production environment. You are responsible for ensuring that production drawings are followed and for guaranteeing quality through proper handling of timber. The assignment also includes optimizing timber utilization and minimizing waste. At AB Karl Hedin, we help each other out, which means that other tasks may also occur as needed. This is a full-time position based in Krylbo. Working hours are arranged in two shifts. The employment begins with a fixed-term contract of six months with Clockwork, with very good prospects for a permanent position directly with AB Karl Hedin after the fixed-term period ends. Your Profile We would like you to be a trained CNC operator with experience in basic programming. You have good machine understanding and work in a way that ensures optimal use of the machines.
