Are you an HVAC technician who is reliable and takes responsibility? Are you confident in your skills and comfortable working both as part of a team and independently? We receive multiple requests for HVAC technician recruitment and want to build our candidate pool to quickly help our clients with their hiring needs! We are looking for HVAC technicians for operation, maintenance, and development of technical installations in property environments. About the Role As an HVAC technician, you will work broadly and variedly within property-related services. With the right match, you will be recruited and employed by one of our clients. Common tasks include: * Property inspections, monitoring, and maintenance * Handling fault reports and ensuring they are completed on time * Creating and following up on maintenance plans and improvement suggestions * Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and proposing improvements * Occasionally performing assignments for clients outside the regular workplace * Contact with subcontractors We are looking for someone who * Has training in HVAC technology or equivalent experience * Holds a trade certificate for HVAC installers * Holds a B-class driver's license * Has good computer and system skills * Has good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken * Has a good understanding of English If you also have the following experience, we consider it highly meritorious * Knowledge of operations technology * Experience with electrical, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, HVAC systems * Training in scissor lift, fall protection, truck certification, hot work, plant operator or similar.
