About the Position: The client is a young, active woman who is mobile but non-verbal. She understands everything said to her in a good tone and uses pictures, TAKK, and a tablet as communication support. As a personal assistant, you will help her with everything from personal care to communication, training, and various daily routines and activities. In this role, it is important that you can handle stressful situations, especially when unexpected events occur. You will be her voice in her surroundings and therefore need to be confident, patient, and attentive. We are looking for someone who: - Is active, a good swimmer, resourceful, and can contribute with new activities - Is pedagogical in your approach and can offer yourself authentically - Is attentive and responsive to non-verbal communication - Can work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues - Has good Swedish in speech and writing - Is smoke-free - Does not have allergies to fur – there is a cat in the home - It is advantageous if you have experience with TAKK, have a driver's license, or speak Spanish. Personal Assistant for Young Man
We are seeking a personally committed and responsible team member to support a client with multiple disabilities and extensive care needs. The work involves providing support with all basic and other daily needs, as well as following the individual care plan that is available. The client is approved for day activities, and you as an applicant should be able to work during times when the client is participating in day activities. This position is part-time. To succeed in this role, you need in-depth knowledge of the client to be able to understand and interpret signals, needs, and wishes. We are looking for someone who is confident, hardworking, attentive, and has the ability to build a trusting relationship over time.
