The position includes work on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and every other weekend (odd weeks) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. About the Customer The customer lives in a villa with her husband and is an active and joyful person. She enjoys exercising, taking walks, planting flowers, going on outings, and having coffee. Customer's Needs The customer has medical needs that require reliability, responsibility, and a calm working approach. The customer uses: PEG for part of her nutritional intake, but also eats regular food. Suction equipment and breathing mask when needed. Mobile lifts for moving around the home. Experience with these medical devices is a merit but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are engaged, responsible, and willing to learn. We are now seeking a personal assistant who, after a trial period, wishes to transition to a permanent schedule. The position is approximately 40% and we are looking for a calm and responsible assistant who can work varied weekdays and weekends with hours between 10-18 and 18-10. There are 6 hours of night duty, so this should not be an obstacle. Who are we looking for? You are empathetic, responsible, and have strong physical capability to perform transfers. You are proactive, social, and customer-focused. You need to understand and speak fluent Swedish. You must have a manual driver's license as the customer has a private car that may be used in the position. You should not be allergic to cats as the customer has a cat at home. About the customer The customer is a 56-year-old woman. She needs help managing her home, including cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, shopping, and more. Your job is to do what the customer would do herself without her functional limitation, without taking over tasks that the person can perform independently. She prefers that you are a woman over 25 years old. You should be living in or near Rönninge/Salem to be available even with short notice.
