The Care and Services Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, and is responsible for the exercise of authority in accordance with applicable legislation. The Administration operates within elderly care, LSS (assistance for people with certain functional impairments), social psychiatry, health and medical care, family support, and the exercise of authority. All work is performed with the resident in focus based on our core values: respect, participation, trust, and security. JOB DUTIES We are looking for engaged and responsible temporary workers within personal assistance. As a personal assistant, you support the individual in everyday life and contribute to security, independence, and quality of life. Work tasks vary and may include personal care, assistance with daily activities, household chores, social activities, and companionship. The work requires attentiveness, flexibility, and the ability to work based on the individual's needs and wishes. Your workplace is where the user is located, which makes the work varied and meaningful. Working hours may be scheduled during day, evening, night, and weekends. The employment is a time-limited temporary position (PAN employment) linked to the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant or have another relevant education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience working in personal assistance, care, or healthcare is meritorious. To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible and able to adapt your working approach based on the individual's needs and wishes. You are solution-oriented, see opportunities in changes, and have a genuine interest in working with people with disabilities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Since documentation is part of the job duties, we would appreciate it if you are experienced in working with digital systems and have good digital skills. You need to be active because I love being outdoors and am very physically active. In daily life, there is also some lifting involved. I use both a wheelchair and a stroller and enjoy running with my balance bike. Since I have a hearing impairment, it is especially important that you speak good Swedish and understand how to interpret the environment and tell me what will happen next.
