About the Role As a job coach/advisor within Rusta and Matcha 2, you take responsibility for your own participants and work actively to help them progress toward work or studies. The work is varied and includes: Conducting individual meetings and assessment conversations Identifying participants' strengths, competencies, and paths forward Matching participants to concrete job openings Actively contacting and building relationships with employers Presenting suitable candidates to employers Supporting participants with CVs, cover letters, and interview preparation Running engaging, labor-market-relevant group activities Following up on participants' progress toward work or studies Working systematically with documentation and administration Collaborating closely with colleagues and contributing to the office's results and development With us, you're not just a coach. Competence Requirements for the Position To work as an advisor within Rusta and Matcha 2, you must meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's competence requirements through one of the following options: Option 1 University degree of at least 180 credits. At least two years of full-time work experience. Option 2 At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with satisfactory results. At least three years of full-time work experience in one or more areas approved by the Swedish Public Employment Service, such as recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, or work with labor market and employment issues.
