Join Region Dalarna's EU-funded Med3Comp project and complete six months of clinical training, with language support and integration assistance available. Swedish language level B2 or higher is required, and a decision from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming the need for clinical training must be attached. Med3Comp is an EU-funded project designed to facilitate the validation process for specialist physicians educated outside the EU/EES and to support both professional and social integration in Sweden. As a program participant, you will: - Participate in clinical practice for 6 months of clinical training. - Receive language support as needed. - Participate in community orientation as part of your integration into Swedish society. - Receive assistance with practical matters such as work permits, housing, and schools for you and any accompanying family members. Personal Qualities: It is important that you work well with others, are attentive, and have good communication with patients and colleagues. You organize and prioritize your work efficiently. Selection for the project is based on Region Dalarna's current need for specialist physicians. For example, if a health center seeks a specialist physician in general medicine, this specialty will be prioritized in the selection of applications. However, it is crucial that all requirements and personal qualities are met. JOB DUTIES As a specialist physician in internal medicine, your duties include both outpatient and inpatient ward work as well as consultation services. The position includes on-call duties in the evenings and nights as well as weekend on-call shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in internal medicine. Employment type: Permanent employment.
