The preschool operates according to I Ur och Skur's pedagogy and methods, which means we conduct much of our teaching and education outdoors. For us, outside is inside, and we discover, explore, and offer joyful learning on our large grounds or in forest environments located in our local area. We are looking for reinforcements for our Falun location! Working hours are variable but fall between 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday-Friday You will work in a small team. We work in pairs that are mixed and rotated from day to day. Since we work in pairs, a driver's license is currently not a requirement, although it is a plus. Good teamwork ability and social competence are very important when collaborating with colleagues and interacting with customers. Therefore, we also place great emphasis on your language skills.
