You are responsible for leading and making decisions in various situations where the need for leadership may vary, depending on circumstances and individuals' needs. Your competence You have an academic degree of at least 180 credits with relevance to social services, such as a degree in social work or behavioral science, or you have another education that the employer considers equivalent. It is highly meriting to have experience as a manager or in a leadership position, particularly within the public sector. Desirable to have good knowledge of relevant legislation, the Social Services Act, and LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). To your advantage if you have experience in care and support work, particularly within support services. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken, written, and reading comprehension, as well as good computer skills. A B-category driver's license is meriting.
