We are seeking a stable and responsible person with positive energy for a young man approaching adulthood in Dalby. You will work at approximately 75% full-time. Shifts are between 07:00-17:00 or 15:00-22:00 on weekdays. On weekends 08:00-17:00. Night shifts may also occur. The young man lives with his family in Dalby. He has extensive multiple disabilities with recurring (daily) epileptic seizures and uses a wheelchair. He's a cheerful and wonderful person to work with! His main interests are skiing, swimming, and music. He attends swimming training once a week, so it's important that you're comfortable getting in the pool. We are looking for someone who has worked as a personal assistant and is experienced with extensive care tasks and feels confident doing them. You need to be compassionate and empathetic and have the ability to balance making important decisions with being a good friend who comes up with fun activities! Since his condition varies day to day, it's important that you as an assistant are adaptable. Being responsible and able to follow routines is a requirement for the position. Non-smoking is a requirement. You need to be flexible and able to fill in on short notice if needed, for example in case of illness or similar situations.
