It is also a merit if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. Operations are open during weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparing today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Afterward, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use electric bicycles for delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Type of Employment This is a so-called hourly position where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and schedules, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introductory period. Wage Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A wage progression scale applies for both permanent and hourly employees.
