The role As a Collection Advisor in our International Team, you will be responsible for managing collection cases from start to finish. Our clients trust us to recover money that is owed to them, and your job is to find the best way forward. Your day may include anything from calling a company in another country to discuss an outstanding invoice, negotiating a payment arrangement, responding to emails, providing advice to a client or taking the next step in a legal process.
