You assess, investigate, and treat mild to moderate mental health issues in children, youth, and adults. You work individually with assessments and treatment interventions but also work as part of a team around the patient together with other professionals at the health center and within the base unit, and collaborate with other operations. With the help of clinical assessments and rating instruments, you propose appropriate measures. Based on assessment, you plan and provide psychological treatment, both individually and in groups, using evidence-based psychological and psychotherapeutic treatment methods. Your responsibilities also include being a link between the individual, healthcare, and various authorities. You have knowledge of socio-legal issues as well as society's resources, and assist patients in understanding laws and regulations, and help with, for example, appeals of decisions. You stay updated on socio-legal matters and provide information and guidance to your colleagues within your area of expertise. QUALIFICATIONS You have a social worker degree or equivalent education and are a licensed health and medical care curator. You also have further training in psychotherapy, equivalent to level 1. Experience with clinical treatment work in psychological and psychosocial matters is meriting. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can independently organize and plan your work in an efficient manner. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to drive processes forward.
