Short-term Housing for Children and Youth LSS The unit serves families with children and young people from 0 to 21 years. The short-term housing has 6 spaces. In daily work, you start from each user and adapt activities and daily schedules based on the user's needs. Group Housing LSS Adults Here people live in their own apartments. You'll work providing educational support, care and services, as well as support with leisure activities and social contacts. Alternative communication methods such as pictures, signs, and symbols may be used. Service Housing/LSS Adults Here you'll provide support to people based on their circumstances. The aim is to offer basic security in everyday life where you function as social support and help people structure their daily routines. Social Psychiatry/Housing Support SoL Work in Social Psychiatry focuses on users with mental health disabilities who need practical, educational, and social support. This may involve working with daily tasks such as planning, conversation support, cooking, cleaning and laundry, personal care and errands. We also have housing support services that visit users living in their own apartments throughout the municipality, so having a driver's license is a requirement. Daily Activities and Employment LSS/SoL Within daily activities, we offer various activities and tasks, both indoors and outdoors. We work with, for example, gardening, assembly work, cleaning, laundry, crafts, singing, music, and games. In all our activities, we focus on promoting health, so it's not unusual for us to take walks or conduct other health-focused activities during the day. Several of our activities include care work. Regardless of which activity you'll work in, you'll receive thorough introduction so you feel secure in your role. We work with trained supervisors and use appreciated introductory materials for new staff. As a substitute with us, you work as needed on an hourly basis, with a contract covering agreed working times and hours. A new employment relationship begins each time you work a new shift. We have a continuous need for substitutes. QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? We're looking for someone who: • is 18 years or older • has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • has good computer skills to handle the organization's systems for social documentation. • can work independently while following the organization's routines and approaches regarding users. It's advantageous if you have: • education from a care program or children's and leisure program, post-secondary education in behavioral science, special education, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. • experience in the LSS field and have worked with neuropsychiatric disabilities and psychiatry. • worked with low-arousal approaches and have experience creating educational environments characterized by calm and positive expectations. • experience with nurse delegation. • a Class B driver's license and good driving experience. This is a requirement for working in certain parts of the service area. If you work in the user's home, you need to be prepared for pets to be present in our users' homes. Being an hourly substitute with us requires a certain degree of availability to meet the organization's needs. We therefore prefer that you don't have another occupation of more than 50%.
