About the position We are primarily a cancer surgery ward with patients suffering from breast cancer, sarcoma, and endocrine tumors, but for the past 2.5 years we have also had an endocrinology patient category that makes our ward even more exciting and provides greater knowledge and professional development. As a nurse, you lead patient care. You should be able to identify care needs and initiate appropriate measures. The work is stimulating and has great breadth as you will meet patients in different life situations, from acute situations to patients further along in their disease. Advanced treatments such as pain management via epidural are part of the ward's work.
