About the Position Caleo Omsorg is seeking engaged, confident, and responsible staff members for our supported housing facility VuxBo. The operation serves adult clients who need structure, support, supervision, and guidance during a time-limited placement. As a staff member with us, you play an important role in daily work to create security, clarity, and stability for our clients. The work involves both supportive and supervisory elements, where you need to combine professional conduct with the ability to enforce rules, conditions, and individual plans. Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: • Ensure that clients comply with applicable rules, routines, and individual conditions during their placement. This may include sobriety checks through urine and breath tests. • Be responsible for attendance monitoring at the residence and follow up on clients' activities through regular contact, phone calls, and visits. • Provide professional conversational support to clients in their daily lives and contribute to structure, accountability, and change work. • Act as a contact person toward the commissioning authority, report deviations, and maintain ongoing documentation, including monthly reports. • Support clients in contact with relevant authorities, healthcare providers, employers, educational institutions, and other societal actors. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant educational background and experience working with people in vulnerable life situations. You are confident, communicative, responsible, and have high integrity. The position requires experience from, for example, the Prison and Probation Service, social services, HVB, supported housing, treatment activities, addiction care, psychiatry, security work, or other operations where you have worked with support, supervision, authority cooperation, and documentation. Experience from the Prison and Probation Service or similar operations is particularly meritorious. You need good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and be able to work in a structured manner based on routines, assignments, and given frameworks. On-call duty applies. Family Home Consultant – Social Worker/Behavioral Specialist

Do you want to help create safe and sustainable placements for children and young people? We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or behavioral science who wants to combine qualified supervision of family homes with close collaboration with social services, schools, and other stakeholders. With us, you'll have a meaningful role where your expertise makes a concrete difference every day. About the Role As a Family Home Consultant, you work closely with our family homes and ensure that placed children receive good care and a secure daily environment. Your responsibilities include: Provide continuous guidance and support to family homes, both planned and as needed. Participate in planning and follow-up, for example contributing to implementation plans and monitoring goals together with the contracting authority. Coordinate support measures around the child's health, school, and leisure time, and when necessary, initiate or refer to appropriate services. Collaborate with relatives and work to maintain good contact according to established plans/agreements. Recruit and assess new family homes according to established procedures and methods. Write monthly reports/documentation and participate in meetings with the contracting authority and other collaboration partners. Qualifications (Required) Degree in social work or bachelor's degree in behavioral science. Strong knowledge of SoL and LVU legislation, as well as family foster care and social change work. Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Driver's license category B and ability to travel within the region (family home visits, meetings, etc.). Merits Experience as a Family Home Consultant, social worker in child and youth services, family therapist, or similar qualified social work. Methodological competence such as BBIC, MI, CBT/low-arousal approaches, and experience with BRA-fam in assessment/evaluation.
