Welcome to Alby Health Center, a well-functioning medium-sized health center in a multicultural area. We are a great team of about 30 employees where closeness to each other facilitates our collaboration. We consist of physicians, registered nurses/district nurses, nursing assistants, medical foot care, home care services, and our own laboratory. We work with a health-promoting population-focused mission to improve the health of our population. We have approximately 70 patients enrolled in home care services, and the team consists of nursing assistants, registered nurses, and a district nurse. We actively work on developing our fine health center and are seeking someone interested in driving development. The health center is located in Alby Center, right next to the T-banan. We are seeking a licensed registered nurse with experience in home care services. The Workplace Department 52 is part of Stockholm's Dependency Center Acute and 24-hour Care and is located at S:t Görans Hospital. It is a locked, specialized inpatient unit with 20 care beds. Patients over 18 years old (primarily men) arrive here acutely, as well as by referral, to receive withdrawal treatment, treatment/stabilization of psychiatric and somatic conditions related to narcotics and medications. Patients are cared for using various care forms, such as HSL, LPT, or LVM. The Work As a nurse with us, you will have a highly varied and stimulating role where independent responsibility alternates with collegial collaboration.
