Welcome to one of Sweden's largest IT departments. UX Designer, Design System, Accessibility We are seeking a UX Designer for Försäkringskassan's design system in Karlskrona. You will be a central part of creating components, design patterns, and working methods for Försäkringskassan's digital interfaces. Your focus will be to ensure that solutions are built on solid user insights, clear design principles, and a high level of accessibility. Your responsibilities include creating alignment around design direction, supporting other designers, and helping to raise design maturity across the organization. You will create the conditions for our development teams to build faster, smarter, and more consistently. What you do directly contributes to a better experience for users across all our digital services. You will join a cross-functional, distributed team with specialized expertise in web development and UX design. The team has significant responsibility for how we design and develop interfaces at Försäkringskassan. We deliver multiple solutions, both within Försäkringskassan and to other government agencies, to facilitate design and development. To succeed in this role, we believe you have a good understanding that design work requires close collaboration between technology, operations, and design. You are a communicative person who thrives collaborating with different roles in a cross-functional context.
