Job Responsibilities At the health center, you meet patients of all ages with different needs. Work that involves variation between different tasks throughout the day and week. You are responsible for your own scheduled clinic, on-call clinic, and drop-in clinic where you meet patients with acute symptoms, provide telephone advice, conduct health consultations, and offer digital visits via 1177 Direkt. There are also opportunities for specialist assignments for various patient groups and needs. We have a drop-in clinic for minor acute issues. There, nurses work in teams together with other nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors. This is one of several improvement initiatives that are an important part of daily work and have increased accessibility for our patients. About the Workplace The 11 region-run health centers and their on-call clinics in Västmanland are operated as an intrapreneurship with its own board and Region Västmanland as owner. Operations are gathered under the name Närvården Västmanland, and together we work to offer accessible and quality primary care throughout the region. We continuously invest in developing our workplaces to meet the needs of future primary care. Närvården Sala Väsby serves 13,100 registered patients. Our unit includes doctor appointments, district/nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, dietitian, a psychosocial team with social workers, as well as maternal and child health care. You preferably have experience with the Cosmic medical record system and have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. You have the knowledge and ability to work independently and seek help from colleagues for questions and support. You are stress-resilient and accustomed to prioritizing tasks. You are confident and stable in your professional role. You have the will and capacity to help others and have an ability to create good interactions. You are open to change and accustomed to adapting to new shifts in pace and tasks. You come with ideas and suggestions that can contribute to the development of the operation. Employment Terms We can offer two positions: one permanent employment and one temporary assignment for 10 months. Both full-time with start date by agreement.
