Open full-time project position as a work supervisor at a work-integrated social enterprise in Malmö. Stilla-Koncernen ekonomisk förening has operated Vindstilla café & meeting place since fall 2012. Vindstilla café & meeting place has two locations in Malmö and one in Lund. Our units offer breakfast, coffee and light refreshments, lunch, and catering. In addition to café operations, we also have some employees working with garden maintenance, and moving forward with painting work as well. The purpose of Stilla-Koncernen is to promote return to working life for people with mental health challenges who have had difficulty establishing themselves in the open job market. We maintain close contact with Fontänhuset Malmö, which works with psychosocial work rehabilitation, and we primarily recruit our employees from Fontänhuset Malmö.
