About the workplace and role For the fall, we are looking for support pedagogues for our LSS residences in Lund Municipality, which consist of both group homes and service residences. In your role as a support pedagogue, you will work to improve and mentor in pedagogical work. You are responsible for, among other things, planning and follow-up where you, together with our support assistants and pedagogical coordinators, support our users to live the life they wish. The role also includes performing and supporting the work team in work with social documentation, implementation plans and other documentation, as well as in following up and evaluating the interventions. You will work as part of the work team where regular duties occur while you also provide extra support to colleagues. As a support pedagogue, you have dedicated time for pedagogical work, which for example can consist of mentoring colleagues in challenging work situations, keeping up to date with the latest research on clarifying pedagogy, mentoring in documentation, or collaborating with other support pedagogues. Through pedagogical support, alternative communication and care, you and the work team work to provide users with good living conditions and independence. We are looking for support pedagogues for several of our residences, both service residences and group homes. Has experience working with this target group and in LSS activities. Has good knowledge and experience of clarifying pedagogy/TEACH. Has good knowledge and experience of low-affect approaches.
