WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a Site Manager at Infranord, you will have a key role in planning, leading, and monitoring our infrastructure projects in the northern region. The position is based in Luleå. You have full responsibility for assigned projects from start to finish and lead a team of competent employees while coordinating subcontractors. The role is both strategic and operational: you work with customer relations, bids, and business development while ensuring production, work environment, and results. Projects vary in size, but you typically handle multiple parallel assignments with an annual project value of approximately 100 million kronor. This is a role for you who want to combine leadership and business acumen with a strong safety focus and who has experience with railway projects or wants to develop expertise in this exciting industry. Your areas of responsibility • Lead and monitor projects with focus on time, cost, and quality • Manage budget, results, and financial follow-up • Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and internal procedures with particular focus on safety • Develop customer relations and work close to business with bids and sales • Lead your team, recruit as needed, and coordinate subcontractors QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you as a confident and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate your team. Experience from railway projects is highly desirable, as is knowledge of industry regulations and safety requirements.
