About the Position We are looking for someone with a background in carpentry, concrete, or construction to join our client just outside Eskilstuna. You will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated frames and concrete elements, with tasks that include reinforcement, casting, forming, and blueprint reading. Our client manufactures prefabricated frames in-house production, with both steel frames and concrete elements. You will be an important part of the production and work together with a dedicated team where quality, safety, and precision are in focus. The position begins with a trial employment, with the goal of transitioning to a permanent position for the right person. Your Profile You will work mainly with the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. This means that you will finish walls and other concrete elements for delivery and assembly. As a concrete worker, you will mainly work with: Forming, reinforcing, and casting walls in concrete based on manufacturing instructions and specifications. Working with solid craftsmanship where great precision and accuracy are important. Ensuring that the correct embedded goods are placed and cast in the right location in the products. Working together with your team to reach the set goals for the day. Working with a strong focus on quality and safety. Reading and understanding blueprints and manufacturing specifications. We are looking for someone with upper secondary education or equivalent work experience. You have logical thinking, are thorough, and master Swedish in speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with concrete, reinforcement, carpentry, or similar construction tasks. As a person, you learn new things easily and are driven, responsible, and thorough. You can deliver good quality even at a high work pace and work well with others. Since the work is performed in a team, it is important that you have a positive attitude and contribute to good cooperation in the workplace. Support Educator Needed at Unika Kvicksund
About Unika The operation is located in Kvicksund and serves the LSS target group 1. About the Support Educator Role As a support educator, you will provide support and services based on the residents' wishes, both at home and in leisure activities. You will contribute to enabling residents to live active and meaningful lives. Furthermore, you should be able to recognize each person's individual needs and conduct educational work based on this. Since needs vary among users, no two days are alike, which contributes to a challenging and exciting job. Requirements for Support Assistant: Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills, experience with documentation. Experience working in health and care. Secondary education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support educator, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field. Merits if you also have: Experience in work management. Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior. Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral problems. Experience with clarifying communication and low-affective interaction.
