The Unit for Digital Development Do you want to help shape how AI is used in tomorrow's municipal operations? With us, you will have a key role in driving digital development and converting generative AI into concrete value for operations, employees and residents. We are now seeking a business development manager with strong drive and interest in AI, change management and business development – someone who wants to contribute to creating a more efficient and value-creating way of working across the entire municipality. At the Unit for IT Development, we work closely with operations to create effective collaboration between IT, digitalization and business development. We support the municipality's various departments with project management, methodology, governance and development initiatives. You will become part of the Department for IT and Digitalization, which is responsible for strategic IT matters as well as services within development, management, support and infrastructure. Your Assignment As a business development manager within AI and digital transformation, you will work both strategically and operatively to support the municipality's operations in their digital development. You will be an important advisor and enabler in work with generative AI and digital innovation. The role involves identifying business needs, converting environmental monitoring into concrete initiatives and contributing to long-term strategic decisions. Among other things, you will: • Drive and support digitalization initiatives with a focus on generative AI • Ensure that AI solutions meet requirements for ethics and regulatory compliance • Advise operations and IT on matters related to AI and digital development • Work with needs analysis, requirements capture and client support • Lead and support change work and business development • Develop common working methods, processes and governance forms for digital transformation • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and quality enhancement • Gather and analyze environmental insights within AI and digitalization • Inspire and support managers and employees in development initiatives • Build and develop good collaborations throughout the municipality You will function as a bridge between operations and IT and have a central role in creating sustainable and operationally-focused solutions. Your Experience At least 5 years of professional experience as a business development manager, senior project manager, change manager or similar role that the employer deems equivalent. You have a relevant academic degree in systems science, computer science or equivalent (at least 180 higher education credits) or equivalent competence that the employer deems equivalent, in combination with several years of relevant professional experience for the position. Experience with digitalization where you have practical experience applying AI tools for business development. Good knowledge of information security, GDPR and the AI Regulation. Very good ability to document and communicate your work in a pedagogical manner orally and in writing in Swedish. Very good ability to see and work for the whole picture, to be able to understand and explain complex contexts and processes. Experience working with concretizing ideas and needs analysis as well as environmental monitoring. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, such as being engaged, unpretentious and service-oriented. Furthermore, we see that you have great initiative, independence and problem-solving ability. You can establish and maintain good relationships with both those making requirements and those delivering within the municipality. Residential Support Worker for LSS Housing in Gustavsberg, Värmdö
About the Workplace Vitmossevägens group home in Gustavsberg on Värmdö is seeking residential support workers for permanent part-time positions. Vitmossevägens group home is located in an established townhouse area with proximity to two town centers, nature, beach swimming, and a bus stop. It takes approximately 25 minutes by bus to Slussen. There are also direct buses to the central station. Six residents with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and mental health challenges live at the facility, each with individual needs and support requirements. The residents are of mixed ages, and several have reached advanced ages requiring more care and supervision. They need clear routines, structure, and educational support. We work using evidence-based methods and employ a low-arousal approach. A manager and a work leader are assigned to the facility. About the Work The work involves providing support and services to residents so they can live lives like others. This means you will assist a person with personal hygiene, establish and maintain a clear daily structure, maintain contact with healthcare, psychiatry, and dental services, administer medication, interpret needs and wishes, participate in various recreational activities, and support social contacts. The work also includes routine household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Documentation is an important part of the work. You will also serve as a contact responsible person, meaning you have extra responsibility for one or more residents at the group home. This includes developing implementation plans and ensuring current routines are in place for each individual. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant degree, healthcare and social care education, pedagogical training, or equivalent qualifications, and who can work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as well as daytime hours. Since we have awake night staff at the facility, we do not have on-call sleeping duty. We also seek someone with the ability to understand the life situations of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and mental health challenges. Previous experience with similar work within LSS, such as group homes or day activities, is a merit. Other relevant education and training in the field are also merits.
