Together with our client Värmlandstrafik, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in Värmland. Personal Qualities and Qualifications As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and reassuring manner and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina driver standards and our passenger commitment. About the Role Want to make a difference? If you are not already a trained security guard, Securitas covers the cost of your training before employment. Basic training is 9 working days and is conducted at various locations in Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you will start with an introductory period to get into the work, feel confident, and learn our systems. As a patrol security guard, your main task is to deliver safety to our customers - primarily at industries, offices, and workshops - by protecting property and buildings against fire, theft, and damage. Typically, you will manage alarm systems and report using a computerized patrol information system. The work is independent and often feels free, but with significant responsibility. These positions suit you if you enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. The work tasks are highly varied, and as a security guard you can work both indoors and outdoors, night or day. Shift lengths vary, but often consist of 12-hour shifts either day or night.
