Assignment Description The call concerns up to three (3) resource consultants to fill the role of systems technician within systems development and systems management. Consultant 1 and 2: Competency Level 3 Consultant 3: Competency Level 4 The assignment primarily concerns work within the Identity and Authorization product area, but may also include work within other product areas, projects, or departments at the client. The product area is Identity and Authorization and will largely involve significant work developing automated authorization controls. We are entering a development phase where we are reviewing authorization controls within the agency. The future implementation will consist of developing Active Directory, automation projects, security enhancement measures, and creating new procedures that are currently lacking. We need to add more staff who can handle both development of new systems and tools. Additionally, there is currently a significant need for management, which we are not adequately handling today. The consultants are expected to participate and contribute to the section's and unit's goals of reviewing and creating procedures to establish a clear workflow regarding authorization controls. Two level 3 consultants shall perform work related to management, automation, and establish procedure documentation (within ADDS, ADFS, PKI). The level 4 consultant will primarily work with development within authorization controls and security enhancement measures. Focus areas concern authentication and access rights escalation processes. The assignments are classified, which means the consultants cannot begin their assignments before a security protection agreement is signed and security vetting is complete. For the current assignments, this means the consultants are expected to start at the earliest in week 25 2026, unless otherwise agreed with the client's contact person. Must-Have Requirements Competency Level 3 (4-8 years). Current and minimum 2 years of ADFS experience acquired within the last 8 years counted from the final bid deadline Several years of PowerShell experience to create automation scripts. Several years means more than one (1) year. Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. Competency Level 4 (9-12 years). We are now seeking an experienced systems developer for one of our clients in Örebro who aims to strengthen an existing team that primarily works with further development of the client's IT platform for statistics and register production. About the Assignment The assignment is expected to start 2026-10-01 through 2027-09-30 with the possibility of extension. It is a full-time position at 100% and you will work on-site at the client's office in Örebro at least 3 days per week. Remote work can be accepted by agreement.
