Unit Manager HSL

Svedala Municipality is growing and is in a very exciting and expansive phase. To meet future needs, we are now strengthening our organization within healthcare and social services. This means we are now recruiting several key positions simultaneously, including a unit manager within HSL. Here you have the opportunity to be involved from the start and together with new colleagues shape the future of healthcare and social services in Svedala. Assignment As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, working environment, and finances within your area of responsibility. You lead and develop the operations based on the municipality's goals, applicable legislation, and residents' needs. You report to the Area Manager LSS and HSL. You work closely with your management colleagues and are part of the management group for LSS and HSL, where together you drive development work with a focus on quality, collaboration, and a good working environment. In this role, you are a present and trust-based leader who creates conditions for employees to grow and take responsibility. Examples of work tasks: Lead, plan, and follow up on operations. Take responsibility for personnel, finances, and working environment. Ensure good and safe healthcare with high quality. Drive and take responsibility for improvement and development work. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, for example healthcare centers, hospitals, and other municipal operations. Work strategically together with the management group to develop the municipality's HSL operations. Qualifications We are looking for you with relevant university degree, for example as a licensed nurse or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience in leadership with responsibility for personnel, working environment, and finances, as well as experience from healthcare, preferably within municipal operations. It is also a merit if you have experience in change management and driving development work in a politically governed organization. You have good knowledge of current legislation and systematic quality work within healthcare. Furthermore, we are looking for you as a confident, clear, and development-oriented leader who creates engagement through participation and has the ability to translate goals into results. You are responsive, communicative, and have a solution-oriented approach. Working time/Duration Permanent position on a full-time basis. Start date by agreement. Salary Individual salary setting applies. Recruitment Interviews are scheduled to be held on 26/8, 27/8, and 2/9.
