Store Associate at OKQ8 Svedala, On-Call Position

In your role as a sales associate, you'll learn and develop in areas including:
Customer Focus and Service
As a sales associate, you'll take care of our customers and members and be our most important face to the public. It's a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
Sales and Cash Handling
Much of your time as a sales associate will be spent serving customers at the checkout. This includes both sales and food preparation, as well as vehicle rentals and car wash services.
Store and Retail Operations
When we say varied work tasks, we really mean it. The role also includes tasks such as cleaning pump areas and restrooms, as well as stocking and displaying items in coolers. All to create a pleasant and welcoming store for our customers.

As an on-call Store Associate, you won't have fixed scheduled shifts—instead, you'll be called in when regular staff are absent. Work shifts are shift-based and vary in both length and time of day. The station is open weekdays between 5:30 AM - 9:00 PM and weekends between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Your start date would be July 31, 2026.
As an on-call employee, you'll receive an hourly wage based on your previous experience in service, in accordance with our collective agreement. The wage ranges from 164-198 kr/hour, and you'll also receive extra compensation for work on public holidays, weekends, evenings, and nights. Your previous work experience must be documented with a reference letter from your previous employer.
