Retail Sales Associate and Ski Rental Staff - Sälen - Transtrand

We are hiring staff for the upcoming winter season 26/27 7 employees for our ski rental shop and sales staff for our store carrying clothing and equipment for sports and outdoor activities. Your role will be to maintain active customer contact and provide the best service to ensure satisfied customers. In the ski rental shop, you will do your absolute best to ensure our customers have a great experience during their days on the slopes or cross-country trails. It is important that you help customers in a service-oriented manner to find what works best for them. The pace is often high, so you need to be able to handle stress well. The work tasks naturally include keeping the rental shop clean and fresh. Just as much equipment as we rent out will also be returned. We all work as a team and will rotate tasks within the team. As a retail sales associate, you create the conditions for customers to find the products they are looking for. Daily service includes working the cash register, personal selling, and ensuring the store is attractive and well-stocked with products. Welcome to join the team! In Transtrand/Sälen, we have had our Vasacenter facility for several years. Vasacenter consists of several parts: Store for clothing and articles for an active outdoor life in both summer and winter A cross-country center where you can find everything needed to ski from Sälen to Mora or just take a short trip on the cross-country trails. Ski rental, which has for many years provided equipment for both alpine and cross-country skiing. We have an Outlet where local residents and passing travelers can find deals on sportswear for both summer and winter. B&B with 15 rooms that is fully booked throughout the winter season but also well-visited during the summer season. If you would like to work with us, we warmly welcome your application.
