We are seeking someone who is trained as a Specialist in General Medicine and has experience in Primary Care (preferably within Region Skåne). That you are confident in your professional role. That you have the ability to maintain a holistic perspective from an operational perspective with the patient in focus. That you have good communication skills to create good relationships with both patients and colleagues. That you have good interpersonal skills with mutual respect in your interactions. That you have a passion for working with patients and want to be part of building the operation. That you can work independently as well as have good collaboration skills. That you have high work ethic. That you are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations. That you enjoy mentoring medical students. That you have good Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement.
