Treatment Assistants for New HVB Home in Malmö - Multiple Positions
In autumn 2026, Arendala HVB AB is opening a new HVB home in Malmö for young people ages 12–15 with non-normative behavior. We have 6 places and are building the staff team from the ground up.
We work evidence-based using Connect, MI, A-CRA, and rePULSE as core methods. Routines, structure, and the home's daily life will be shaped together during startup – if you start now, you'll help set the culture.
As a treatment assistant, you work closely with our young people in daily life and provide support through both routines and difficult moments.
- Primary contact responsibility: you oversee the implementation plan for one or more young people.
- Conduct structured A-CRA sessions and rePULSE conversations according to treatment plans, and use MI as an approach in daily work
- Daily life support: sleep-wake cycles, meals, school/activities, hygiene, and leisure
- Social documentation according to SoL
- Collaboration with social services, school, healthcare contacts, and family members.
- Handle conflicts and acute situations safely and with low affect.
- During startup: help develop routines, house rules, and weekly structure.
Since we are recruiting an entire staff team, we seek a mix of experience and backgrounds. You need to be confident, patient, and stable even under pressure – and comfortable working in an operation where not everything is finalized from day one. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
