Awake Night Shift Every Third Weekend

Ebba HVB is a treatment home for women located 4 miles north of Jönköping. We serve women with substance abuse/addiction issues, mental health challenges, and in most cases, women who have experienced violence and/or abuse. At Ebba HVB, we provide treatment for addiction issues and trauma. To work with us, you need relevant education such as treatment/social pedagogue, social worker, nursing assistant with psychiatric focus, or similar. You need experience with similar work, as this position requires knowledge, experience, and personal suitability. For this job working night shifts every third weekend, we can also consider candidates who are studying in a relevant field, such as social work or care and health services. You must be a woman, as work tasks such as urine sample collection require female staff. Many of our residents have experienced trauma from abuse, and for this reason, we specifically need female staff. There is also an opportunity to join our substitute pool to work as a temporary substitute in our operations. Your work tasks involve working awake nights between 22:00 - 08:00. In addition to being available for our clients, which is always prioritized if they are unwell or awake for other reasons, there are various other tasks such as administrative work, cleaning, breakfast preparation, etc. We need someone with commitment and interest in working with this target group. You must be a woman, as several of our residents have difficulty meeting a man alone due to their previous experiences. You should have great patience, but be able to stand firm and set boundaries, be fearless and secure. We are currently recruiting 1 position for this role.
