Head Waiter at Conference Destination on Ekerö Start Immediately - Assignment until December 20 - Opportunity for Full-Time Position with Client We at Four Service are now seeking an experienced and dedicated head waiter for an assignment with our client—a well-renowned conference and restaurant facility on Ekerö, approximately 30 km outside Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and runs until around December 20. For the right person, there are very good opportunities to (potentially) transition into a full-time position directly with the client after the assignment ends—if that's something you're interested in; otherwise, it's simply a staffing assignment for fall/winter. About the Role As head waiter, you'll be the natural link between the kitchen, service, and guests. You'll lead the daily work in the dining room and ensure that every conference and private guest receives a service experience that exceeds expectations. You'll work operatively in both restaurant and conference environments, where days vary between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and various events. The schedule rotates with one week of day shifts and one week of evening shifts, plus work every other weekend. You'll be employed by Four Service during the assignment period and work with our client on Ekerö. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and plan the daily work in the dining room Ensure high quality in service and guest experience Coordinate service in the restaurant, conference, and other areas Handle orders and create an efficient operational flow Work actively in service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner Who We're Looking For We believe you're a confident leader who thrives when the pace is high and who always puts the guest at the center.
